Kara Lamphere

Kara Lamphere has extensive work experience in the mortgage industry. Kara has held various leadership positions throughout their career. Kara started their career at Alaska USA FCU as an Acting Vice President from 2002 to 2004. Kara then joined First Command Bank as an Internal Auditor III and later became the Chief Compliance Officer & AML Officer from 2005 to 2009. Following this, they worked at Contineo Technologies as a Regional Manager - Auditor/Consultant from 2009 to 2010. Kara then joined PrimeLending as the VP Compliance from 2010 to 2012 and subsequently moved to Mid America Mortgage, Inc as the Chief Compliance Officer from 2012 to 2014. Kara then worked at CMG Financial as the SVP, Compliance from 2014 to 2015. Afterward, they returned to Mid America Mortgage, Inc as the Chief Operating Officer from 2015 to 2020, where they were actively involved in strategic initiatives. Kara then joined Guaranteed Rate as the Executive Vice President from 2021 to 2022. Currently, they are the Chief Operations Officer at InterLinc Mortgage since 2022 and will become the Chief Operations Officer at Click n' Close, Inc starting in 2023.
