Cynthia joined Mid-America Real Estate-Michigan, Inc. in 2012, with over 30 years of retail brokerage experience. Previously, Cynthia was an Associate Broker with Landmark Commercial Real Estate Service. Throughout her career, Cynthia has focused on national tenant representation, surplus/distribution work, and high profile listing assignments.
Cynthia has a Master’s degree from Wayne State University and many professional affiliations, including many for the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Cynthia previously held these positions for the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC); Michigan State Director, Central Division Government Relations Co-Chair and Central Division P3 Co-Chair. Cynthia was also the initial advisor to the Next Generation Program for the ICSC in Michigan and participated in the ground floor formation of the P3 program for ICSC. Cynthia is presently the Central Division ICSC Lead Ambassador, a member of the Economic Subcommittee and the P3 Leadership Committee of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Additionally, Cynthia has received a national recognition for her time and effort within the ICSC organization, earning the ICSC Trustees Distinguished Services Award in 2008. In ICSC’s 55 year history, only a small group of the industry’s most dedicated individuals have been selected to receive this highest honor from ICSC’s Board of Trustees.
