Stefanie Meyer

Stefanie Meyer is a Principal and Senior Vice President of Tenant Representation at Mid-America Real Estate-Minnesota, LLC with over 25 years of retail real estate experience.

Meyer focuses on tenant representation, new business development, leasing, redevelopment and land sales throughout the upper Midwest. She has also represented owners/developers such as Ryan Companies, OPUS, Reliance, Kimco and other local developers on the disposition, leasing, development and redevelopment of property. Meyer has completed over 1,200 transactions with over five million square feet of space.

Before joining Mid-America Real Estate-Minnesota, LLC, Stefanie worked for NorthMarq Retail Brokerage group in Bloomington, Minnesota, as a Senior Vice President and team leader. She has provided commercial real estate services to many local and national tenants. A partial list of retail clients she has or currently works with include: TJ Maxx Companies, Starbucks, Famous Footwear, The Gap brands, Buffalo Wild Wings, Office Max, AMC Theater, Mills Fleet Farm, Lowe’s Home Improvement, Best Buy, M&I Bank and Ann Taylor. Stefanie also specializes in development and redevelopment projects such as 5000 France Shops located at 50th and France, The Promenade of Wayzata, and the former Brookdale Mall location, Shingle Creek Crossing.

Stefanie earned her Bachelor of Science degree in real estate brokerage from St. Cloud State University and was president of the St. Cloud State Real Estate Alumni Organization in 2002. Stefanie is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Minnesota Shopping Center Association (MSCA) and the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR). She is a past board member for MSCA and MNCAR, where she was the Hall of Fame recipient from both. She was Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal’s 2006, 40 under 40 recipient and has continued involvement in all association/organizations on committees and volunteer opportunities.
