Leanne Arnold, PHR, SHRM-CP has over 19 years of experience in human resources. Their most recent position was as the Director of Human Resources at Mid-America Transplant, where they implemented employee training programs, attracted talented individuals, and supported the growth and development of team members. Prior to that, Leanne worked as an HR Business Partner at Ideal Image, providing HR support to multiple locations and managing a remote workforce. Leanne also served as the Divisional Director of Human Resources at Aspen Dental Management, Inc., where they focused on talent development and improving employee engagement. Leanne has previous experience as a Regional Human Resource Manager at Burlington Coat Factory, where they played a key role in supporting business objectives and handling employee relations issues. Leanne began their HR career as a Regional Employment Manager at Macy's and then transitioned into various HR roles at Macy's-Famous Barr. Leanne's expertise includes performance management, employee relations, talent acquisition, and leadership development.

Leanne Arnold, PHR, SHRM-CP, completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Human Environmental Sciences with a minor in Business Administration at Fontbonne University from 1995 to 1999. In addition to their undergraduate education, they also hold various certifications. Leanne obtained their Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from HRCI in June 2010. Furthermore, they completed the DDI Certified Facilitator program offered by DDI | Development Dimensions International in October 2015. Lastly, Leanne became a SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) through SHRM in January 2016.
