What You'll Do
At Mid American Credit Union a Member Service Representative Interactive Teller Team Flex, serves as an ambassador for the credit union with the overall purpose of providing friendly and efficient member service to members who still enjoy face-to-face interaction. The Interactive Video Teller plays a critical role in the success of Mid American Credit Union by providing outstanding, personalized service through an interactive teller machine (ITM). This position also requires the ability to work late and/or flexible hours, shifts may vary from 7 am to 7 pm. They will educate members about our sales and service delivery options and refer the appropriate source or channel to address their need. They will also be responsible for loans and processing regular transactions, such as receiving and paying out money, and keeping records of money and negotiable personalized banking services to financial institution member s by performing the following duties. This position will require you to learn and embrace multiple roles and be willing to fill in where you are needed.

In addition to hourly rate, there will be an opportunity for incentive pay at conclusion of training!

Individual will excel in listening to the members needs while finding solutions that best help meet the member’s needs.
Demonstrates the ability to problem solve in a timely manner while following guidelines set by the credit union.
Individual will use all training provided to ensure member‘s needs are fully met while being committed to first contact resolution.
Operations
Follow all policies and procedures set by the credit union when assisting members.
Understand cash and check handling responsibilities and procedures. Upon completion of training, individual will be able to explain all documentation in relation to account ownership to include trust and business accounts to members.
Upon completion of training, this individual will be responsible for opening and maintaining all accounts including loans, certificates and tax favored accounts. They will also be responsible for ensuring all documentation for these accounts are accurate and complete.
Troubleshoot and resolve
Ability to multi task while maintaining a high level of efficiency in fast paced environments.
