Jared Ayes

Jared Ayes has extensive work experience in the dental industry. Jared began their career as an Operations Manager at Suite Tooth, LLC in 2007, where they managed the operations of Benjamin's Best, a specialty cafe serving soft-serve ice cream. Jared worked at Suite Tooth, LLC until 2010. In 2009, Jared joined American Dental Concepts as an Operations Manager, overseeing various dental services, including cosmetic dentistry, oral surgery, braces, and root canals. Jared worked at American Dental Concepts until 2011. In 2011, Jared founded Transcend Dental and served as the Director of Operations, contributing to the successful management of the company until 2018. Since 2017, Jared has been employed at Mid-Atlantic Dental Partners, progressing from the role of Director of Practice Integration to VP Integrations & Training. From 2019 to 2021, Jared held the position of VP Operations, and they are currently serving as the Senior Vice President Operations.
