Nicole Owens is an experienced Settlement Coordinator at Mid-Atlantic Settlement Services since May 2021, responsible for gathering necessary documents for settlement files and collaborating with various stakeholders including Real Estate Agents, Buyers, Sellers, Lenders, and Mortgage Brokers. Previously, Nicole worked at Wells Fargo from October 2003 to November 2020 as a Research/Remediation Analyst in Land Transactions, addressing title issues and processing related correspondence. Nicole holds an Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies from Frederick Community College, earned between 2009 and 2013.
