Don N.

Don N. has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Don started their career in 2007 as an Automotive Technician for the City of Norfolk, where they eventually became a Maintenance Operations Manager. In 2015, they founded their own trucking company called Nash Transport LLC, where they handled various management responsibilities along with driving and maintenance duties. Don then worked as a Line Haul Driver for II Perry's Inc. (FedEx contractor) from 2018 to 2019. Following that, they joined Norfolk Truck Center in 2019 as a Heavy Duty Mechanic, later becoming the Service Manager and eventually the Director of Service Operations. In 2021, they moved to Environmental Equipment Group as an Operations Manager, overseeing service, equipment installation, and parts sales. Currently, they work at Mid-Atlantic Waste Systems as a Service Manager in Hampton, VA.

Don N. attended the Advanced Technology Institute in Virginia from 2002 to 2004. Don completed a degree in Heavy Equipment Technology, specializing in Heavy Equipment Maintenance Technology/Technician. In addition to their education, Don N. obtained several certifications including a Commercial Driver License (CDL) from the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles in June 2018, a Virginia Safety Inspector certification from the Virginia State Police in June 2022, and a TWIC Card from the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) in November 2016.
