Charles H. Broe has extensive work experience in the field of law enforcement and asset protection. Charles H. has served in various roles at the Mid-Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union since 2012, starting as a Security & Fraud Investigator and progressing to Assistant Vice President and Vice President of Asset Protection. Prior to their time at the credit union, they were the Chief of Police at the Town of Hyde Park, New York Police Department from April 2010 to December 2011. Before that, they had a long career at the City of Newburgh, New York Police Department, starting in January 1990 and holding positions such as Patrol Officer, K-9 Officer, Detective, Sergeant, and Lieutenant until March 2010.

Charles H. Broe holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General, obtained from Mount Saint Mary College. Charles H. also earned a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Marist College. In addition to their formal education, Charles Broe has obtained certifications as a Bank Secrecy Act Compliance Specialist (BSACS) from the Credit Union National Association and has completed the FBI National Academy program in September 2008.
