Kimberly J. Brumbaugh

Kimberly J. Brumbaugh has been a director of Mid Penn Bancorp, Inc. since February 2019. Ms. Brumbaugh is the Managing Partner and Founder of Brumbaugh Wealth Management, LLC (formerly known as Brumbaugh Wealth Management Group). Ms. Brumbaugh founded Brumbaugh Wealth Management in 2004 after having worked in the industry for a Philadelphia firm since 1998. Ms. Brumbaugh has served on community boards for more than two decades, currently as a Trustee for Penn Medicine Chester County Hospital Foundation Board and Chair of their Finance and Investment Committee. Ms. Brumbaugh is a past Chair of the Chester County Chamber of Business and Industry and the Southeastern Pennsylvania Autism Resource Center “SPARC”. She supports her industry as a member of the Million Dollar Round Table-Top of the Table, the Financial Planning Association, and the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors “NAIFA”. Ms. Brumbaugh attended Widener University for Business Administration and the American College in Bryn Mawr, PA where she earned her securities licenses and certifications in Financial Services.
