Tina Dinger is an experienced professional in project management with a career spanning over two decades in various banking and marketing roles. Currently serving as SVP Director of Enterprise-wide Project Management at Mid Penn Bank since September 2025, Tina previously held positions at M&T Bank as SVP Senior Manager II in the Enterprise Transformation Delivery Office and at Northwest Bank as Senior Vice President Head of Enterprise PMO, where responsibilities included managing enterprise portfolios to align with strategic objectives. Earlier roles at Northwest Bank included VP of Process Improvement and IT Project Manager, focusing on business process improvement and project leadership. Tina's career began at Blair Corporation, where roles included Strategic Marketing Project Manager and Business Systems Analyst/Project Manager.
