Marla M.

Marla M. has extensive experience in project management and marketing within governmental and transit organizations. Currently serving as Special Projects Manager at the Mid-Region Council of Governments since June 2013, Marla M. focuses on research and development of new initiatives to further the agency's mission in regional planning services. Previously, Marla M. worked as a Marketing Specialist at the Rio Metro Regional Transit District from February 2010 to May 2013, where responsibilities included campaign development and website management for transit systems. Marla M. began their career at the Mid-Region Council of Governments as an Administrative Assistant from February 2006 to February 2010, providing support for the Workforce Connection of Central New Mexico Board of Directors. Education includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Public Affairs & Policy Analysis and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Organizational Leadership, both from UNM Anderson School of Management, along with two associate degrees from Central New Mexico Community College.
