VP, Kitchen Operations at Mid South Building Supply

Steve Earle has been an Employee Owner of Mid South Building Supply, Inc. since being hired as an Inside Sales Representative on June 24, 2002. My time at Mid South has introduced me to a few different roles, all of which created great opportunities for my career. After six months in Sales, he was identified as more of an “operations” Employee Owner and he transitioned in to their Installation Services department, initially scheduling window / door installations and services. One year, he became the Siding Installation Program Manager. In this role, he was able to develop a turnkey Siding Installation Program for their valued clients.

In 2004, he transitioned to Kitchen Installation, where he initially became Director of Customer Service and oversaw the daily operations of the Service Department of their Kitchen Installation Division. In 2007, he was the Employee Elected Board Member and ESOP Trustee and remained in the role until 2020 when he became a full member of the Board of Directors and ESOP Trustees.

In 2010, he was promoted to the position of Director of Operations for their Kitchen Installation department. he has stayed in that role for 10 years overseeing all aspects of their Kitchen Installation Division for their new construction builders. In the summer of 2020, he took on the new role of Vice President of Kitchen Operations overseeing all aspects of the Kitchen Installation department.
