Jennifer Will

Jennifer Will, MHL, FACHE has a solid work experience in the healthcare industry. Jennifer worked as the Associate Vice President of Clinics and Director of Operations at Samaritan Health Services, where they successfully drove revenue growth, led divisions to meet financial and quality targets, and fostered strategic planning and community partnerships. Prior to that, they held the role of Senior Clinic Manager & Interim Director at PeaceHealth, where they demonstrated strong leadership skills, implemented electronic medical record systems, and improved clinic operations. Jennifer also worked as the Patient Financial Supervisor at Samaritan Health Services, where they initiated and managed new service ventures, improved clinic operations and patient satisfaction, and increased service volume. Before that, they were a Management Services Officer II at UC Irvine Health.

Jennifer Will earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Colorado Technical University in 2017. In 2020, they completed their Master of Health Leadership degree in Leadership at Western Governors University. Jennifer also holds additional certifications, including being inducted into the Foundation of Leadership 101-2 by The National Society of Leadership and Success in 2021, and being a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE). Jennifer is also certified as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt by the American Society for Quality.
