Lucille Vinent Vinceslio

Lucille Vinent Vinceslio, MPH has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Lucille started their career at KBR, Inc. as an Occupational Health Remote-Duty Paramedic, providing medical support in multiple locations. Lucille then worked at AMR as a Communications Supervisor Paramedic, overseeing a dispatch center. Lucille also worked at NCI Information Systems, Inc. AdvanceMed as a Benefit Integrity Investigator, analyzing Medicare and Medicaid claims for fraud. Currently, Lucille is working at Samaritan Health Services, where they have held various roles including Delegation Oversight Coordinator, Manager of Network Strategy and Contracting, and Director of Network Strategy and Contracting. In these roles, they have managed contracting, credentialing, and provider relations teams, negotiated rates and contract terms, and secured agreements with out-of-network providers. Throughout their career, Lucille has demonstrated expertise in healthcare program integrity and strategic network management.

Lucille Vinent Vinceslio, MPH completed their education with a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree in Management and Policy from Portland State University in 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Health Services Administration from Barry University. Lucille also holds two Associate of Science (A.S.) degrees, one in Emergency Medical Services and another in Fire Standards, both from Miami Dade College. Lucille completed their high school education at Monsignor Edward Pace High School.
