Scott Russell has a Bachelor of Science in Marriage, Family, and Human Development from Brigham Young University, where Scott also completed an Associate's degree in General Studies. Scott has worked at Samaritan Health Services since January 2011, first as Labor Relations Director and currently as Vice President - Human Resources. Prior to that, Scott was in the Human Resources department at Intermountain Healthcare from July 2000 to June 2006.
