Mika Alastalo

Mika Alastalo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations, logistics, and supply chain management. Currently serving as a Managing Consultant at Midagon since 2025, Alastalo previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Axopar Boats from 2021 to 2024, overseeing product development, production, supply chain, and quality initiatives. With a long tenure at KONE Corporation from 1992 to 2021, Alastalo progressed through various leadership roles, including Director of Logistics Development and Director of Supply Chain Development, where responsibilities included establishing global logistics organizations and leading strategic supply chain transformations. Alastalo holds a Master's Degree in Industrial Management from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan and has furthered education at institutions such as IMD, Columbia University, London Business School, and Aalto University Executive Education and Professional Development.
