Casey Bough

Casey Bough currently serves as Vice President of Renewable Generation Operations and Engineering at MidAmerican Energy Company, a role assumed in February 2024. Prior to this position, Casey held the title of Vice President of Business Development at Orano from September 2022 to January 2024 and served as Senior Director of Renewables, Gas & Oil Fleet at Evergy from June 2018 to September 2022, managing a diverse generation fleet. Earlier experience includes roles such as Executive Director of Gas Power Plants at Westar Energy, overseeing a significant gas-fired fleet, and Plant Manager for the Gordon Evans Energy Center. Additional positions were held at Xcel Energy, GE Power & Water, and Washington Group International, encompassing various roles in project management and plant management. Casey holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from Tennessee Technological University and a Senior Reactor Operator License from the Prairie Island Nuclear Plant.
