Albert Ruiz, MBA, serves as the Corporate Director of Restaurants at Midas Hospitality since January 2022 and has been an Adjunct Faculty member at Miami Dade College since May 2020. Previously, Albert held the position of Director of Food and Beverage at INK Entertainment from November 2018 to January 2022 and at IL Mulino New York / Acqualina Resort from December 2015 to November 2018, where Acqualina achieved numerous accolades including Forbes 5 Stars and AAA 5 Diamonds. Earlier in the career, Albert worked as the Director of Operations at Admire Hospitality from September 2008 to December 2015, managing multiple venues. Albert obtained an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University between 2017 and 2019.
