Joe Guerrero

Joe Guerrero is an accomplished automotive retail executive with extensive experience in multi-unit operations leadership. Currently serving as Vice President of the Central Division at Midas International since June 2025, Joe oversees performance across 400 locations in multiple states including Minnesota, Illinois, and Texas. Previously, Joe held various roles at TBC Corporation, including Vice President and Divisional Operations Sales Manager, as well as at Advance Auto Parts as District Manager. Joe's career also includes a market management position at Heartland Automotive Services, Inc., and an area management role at Bridgestone, where responsibilities included financial oversight and operations management for thirteen retail Firestone locations. Joe holds an Associate's degree from Joliet Junior College, earned between 2014 and 2016.
