Vilius Audinis has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Vilius started their career in 2008 at the University of East Anglia, where they held multiple roles including Teaching Associate and IT Computer Services - Helpdesk Advisor. In these positions, they were responsible for running lectures, seminars, workshops, and labs for undergraduate and masters level students, as well as providing first-line IT support for the university community.

In 2009, Vilius transitioned to the role of IT Computer Services - Technician, where they provided second-line technical IT support for staff in various departments. Vilius demonstrated a strong technical knowledge to resolve software and hardware issues efficiently.

From 2010 to 2012, Vilius worked as a Research Associate, leading the development of a medical training simulator prototype in collaboration with Southmead Hospital. This involved creating software and hardware interfaces using C++, MFC, OpenGL, and SensAble Haptics.

In 2013, Vilius returned to their role as an IT Computer Services - Helpdesk Advisor at the University of East Anglia, where they continued to provide IT support for staff and students until 2014.

In 2015, Vilius joined Siemens PLM Software as a Software Engineer, contributing to software development projects until 2018.

Since 2018, Vilius has been working at Midaxo, initially as a Software Engineer, then as a Lead Software Engineer, and currently as the Head of Product Management. Vilius'sresponsibilities include overseeing product development, managing software engineering teams, and driving strategic initiatives.

Throughout their career, Vilius has demonstrated expertise in software engineering, project management, technical support, and teaching.

Vilius Audinis has a strong education background in computer science. Vilius started their academic journey in 2004, when they enrolled at the University to pursue a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science. Vilius successfully completed this degree program in 2007.

In 2007, Vilius Audinis decided to further their studies and pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Advanced Computing Science at the University. Vilius completed this program in 2008, gaining advanced knowledge in the field.

Motivated by their passion for computer science research, Vilius Audinis then embarked on a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) program at the University of East Anglia in 2008. This was a part-time program, allowing him to balance their research with other commitments. Vilius dedicated himself to the study of computer science and completed their PhD program in 2015.
