Mark Johnson

Mark Johnson is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in credit and auditing roles. Currently serving as Vice President Sr. Field Examiner II at MidCap Financial since August 2010, Mark Johnson has honed expertise in field examination and due diligence. Prior to this role, Mark Johnson worked as a contract auditor for healthcare and asset-based lending clients in early 2009. From February 2003 to December 2008, Mark Johnson held the position of Credit Officer at CapitalSource, where responsibilities included supervising underwriting staff, conducting evaluations, and participating in Credit Committee meetings. Mark Johnson earned an MBA in Finance from DePaul University, where studies took place from 1985 to 1987.
