Lisa Rahja

Lisa Rahja is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in instructional design, leadership development, and organizational coordination. Currently serving as the Instructional Design Manager at Midcontinent since May 2020, Lisa also contributes to The WICT Network: Midwest as a member of the Board of Directors since December 2021. Previous roles include Credentialing Coordinator at Sanford Health from October 2017 to May 2020, and Leadership Development Consultant at Avera Health from February 2016 to August 2017, with a focus on programs for professional growth. Earlier positions at Sanford Health featured roles such as Clinic Coordinator and Executive Coordinator, where responsibilities encompassed quality program implementation and support for clinic operations. Lisa's career began as a Legislative Secretary for the State of South Dakota's Legislative Research Council from May 2006 to March 2012. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Organizational Development and Leadership from the University of South Dakota and a Bachelor’s Degree in Speech Communications, Political Science, and Sociology - Criminal Justice from Northern State University.
