Shea McAdaragh

Shea McAdaragh has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Shea started their career at IBEC sro. in 2009 as a Lead American Consultant and worked there until 2010. Shea then joined Arti Tanzania LTD as a Project Supervisor from 2010 to 2011. In 2011, Shea joined Cargill and held the positions of Strategic Sourcing Analyst from 2011 to 2013 and Strategic Sourcing Manager from 2013 to 2014. After that, Shea worked at The Kraft Heinz Company as a Summer Associate Brand Manager in 2015 and later became a Senior Associate Brand Manager from 2016 to 2017. Currently, Shea is employed at Midcontinent as a Product Manager since 2017 and recently took on the role of VP Growth and Strategy in January 2022.

Shea McAdaragh completed an MBA from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, Shea earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Minnesota, where they studied from 2004 to 2009. In 2008, Shea also participated in a fellowship program at Georgetown University, focusing on Political Philosophy.
