Klavs Eg

Klavs Eg has extensive experience in leadership within early childhood education and health services, currently serving as Leder af Dagplejen at Middelfart Kommune since April 2021. Prior to this role, Klavs held various leadership positions at Holstebro Kommune from January 2004 to March 2021, including Leder af Dagplejen & Sundhedsplejen, and has experience as an Institutionsleder at Ringkøbing Amt and Struer Kommune. Educational qualifications include a Diplom i ledelse in Management and Organization from Aarhus University and an Enneagram Practitioner certification from Enneagramstedet. Klavs Eg also completed studies at Holstebro Pædagogseminarium and Holstebro Handelsskole.
