Danielle DeLeon

Danielle DeLeon is the current Head of Operations at Middesk. Danielle has over eight years of experience in various leadership roles in risk and compliance, technology, and business operations. Danielle has a proven track record in leading and developing teams, as well as partnering with other organizations to drive growth.

Previously, Danielle was with Stripe for over eight years, where they led the risk and compliance engineering prioritization across 250+ employees and drove the compliance technology strategy. Danielle also founded the global risk program management team and grew it to 12 members. In addition, they led product partnerships with Onboarding & Identity. Prior to Stripe, Danielle was a European Projects Consultant with BIO INTELLIGENCE SERVICE.

Danielle began their career as a Press Intern with Sotheby's and then went on to Lender Communications with Kiva.org. Danielle holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of California, Berkeley.

Danielle DeLeon graduated from Louisville High School and went on to study at Stanford University. Danielle earned a Bachelor of Arts in Ethics in Society Honors Program with a major in Danielle'story, Literature, and the Arts, and a minor French.

Danielle DeLeon works with Ian Harriman - Head of Mid Market & Commercial Business, Andrew Blevins - Head of Talent Acquisition, and Ken Chew - Data Science Lead. Their manager is Kyle Mack, CEO & Co-Founder.
