Amr Tarek has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Amr started their career in 2009 as a Tele Sales Executive at Ameco Tech and then worked as a Customer Service Representative at Stream Global Services. In 2010, they joined Vodafone as a Customer Service Representative and stayed there until 2016. Following that, they worked as a Senior Technical Advisor at Teleperformance Dubai (Apple Care) from 2016 to 2019. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at noon, first as a Webchat, Whatsapp & Email Support and later as a Contact Center Team Leader. Amr then worked as a Customer Service Representative at Concentrix from 2021 to 2021. In 2021, they joined Nagwa as a Senior Customer Success Specialist, and in 2022, they moved to MBC Group as a Senior Social Media Executive.
Amr Tarek attended the Social Work Institute from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a degree in Social Work.
