Nahla Al.khateeb

Nahla Al.Khateeb has worked as an IT Support Specialist at the Middle East Broadcasting Center since November 2020, where they systematically interpret user problems, responds to operational needs, and maintains service coherence. Prior to that, they were a Live Chat Administrative Manager and a Live Chat and Telesales Executive at OSN from September 2016 to December 2018, where they closely monitored team assignments, delivered reports, mediated interpersonal issues, and built new sales leads. Nahla also worked as a Content Coordinator at STARZ PLAY from January 2016 to June 2016, where they were responsible for content scheduling and media and broadcast operations coordination. Nahla began their career as an IT Support Specialist (Internship) at OSN in January 2015, where they received training in IT support, SQL Database, and Cognos Reporting System.

Nahla Al.Khateeb obtained their Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Ajman University, where they studied from 2010 to 2015.
