Rafik Al Hariri has extensive experience in risk management and advisory services. Rafik currently serves as the Head of Risk Management at Middle East Broadcasting Center, where they are responsible for establishing an integrated risk management framework and enabling strategic planning. Prior to this role, they worked at EY as a Senior Manager in cyber risk and resilience services, specializing in security transformation programs and business resilience. Rafik also led the cybersecurity practice in UAE at EY. Earlier in their career, Rafik worked at Deloitte in roles such as Assistant Manager in enterprise risk services and Experienced Senior Consultant in IT risk, where they provided risk management and assurance advisory services to organizations in multiple countries. Rafik also established and led the project risk assurance function for a large bank in the Middle East.

Rafik Al Hariri's education history begins with their completion of Rawdah High School, where they obtained their Lebanese Baccalaureate in Sociology and Economics. Rafik attended Rawdah High School from 1990 to 2005. After completing high school, they pursued higher education at the Lebanese American University from 2005 to 2009. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information System.

In addition to their formal education, Rafik Al Hariri has obtained various certifications. In 2014, they acquired the Certified Information Systems Auditor® (CISA) certification from ISACA.
