Mahdim Al Balushi has over 15 years of diverse experience in human resources and management roles. Currently serving as Assistant Department Head, Assistant Manager, and Senior Human Resources Officer at Middle East College since July 2010, Mahdim has developed a strong background in HR management. Prior experience includes the role of Training Center Coordinator at Oman Arab Bank from February 2007 to June 2010 and Telephone Operator/Receptionist at Chedi Muscat Hotel from August 2005 to December 2006. Mahdim holds a Higher Diploma of Science (Hons) in Business and Information Systems (Human Resources Management) from the University of Wolverhampton (2015-2017), a National Vocational Qualification in Front Office from the National Hospitality Institute (2005-2006), and a Global Professional in Human Resources certification from the HR Certification Institute.
