Hina Dalwai is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in people management, culture development, and learning and development. Currently serving as Regional Manager - People, Culture and L&D at MCN | Middle East Communications Network since August 2021, Hina collaborates with senior leadership to align people strategy with business goals. Prior to this, Hina was Group Human Resources Lead at Ghassan Aboud Group, enhancing recruitment practices across diversified sectors. Hina also contributed significantly to the Human Resources team at Landmark Group, focusing on talent acquisition and employee experience within a large retail environment. Hina's career began at Yamaha Motor R&D Europe and Kalyani Infotech Solutions Ltd., with formal education in Human Resources Management through a Master of Business Administration degree and a Bachelor's in Computer Science.
