Faisal al Modlij

Faisal Al Modlij serves as the Senior Vice President for the Board of Directors & Committees Affairs at a Confidential Government organization since June 2024. Concurrently, Faisal holds various key positions including Member of the Corporate Governance Committee at SIPCHEM, Vice Chairman of the Board at The Arab Society for Intellectual Property, and Member of the GCC Board Directors Institute. Faisal is also a Board Member at the Licensing Executives Society for Arab countries, and the Founder & Vice Chairman of the Saudi Chapter of the Middle East Investor Relations Association. Previously, Faisal occupied significant roles at Al Balad Development Company and Sahara Petrochemicals, focusing on governance, compliance, and corporate affairs. Education includes a Bachelor of Business Administration from The Open University and a Diploma in Business Management from Jubail Industrial College.
