Waleed Alnaser has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Waleed began their career as a Junior Accountant at an auditing house in Amman, Jordan. Waleed then gained experience as a Credit Analyst at Bank of Jordan in Ramallah, where they also served as the coordination officer for visa cards. Waleed later joined Saeed Mansour Group, a leading gold and diamond company in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, as a Financial Manager, overseeing the financial operations of multiple branches. Following this, they joined Bank of Jordan as the Manager for a revolving credit card project, where they led the team in setting up this new line of business. Waleed then moved on to Cairo Amman Bank, where they served as the Manager of the Cards & Electronic Services Department, responsible for a wide range of functions including cards operation, e-banking operations, and customer service. Waleed then joined Jordan Ahli Bank as the Executive Manager of the Retail Group, where they provided strategic planning for cards, products, and services, and analyzed market demands and trends. Waleed further expanded their experience by joining Wahda Bank, an Arab Bank Group subsidiary, as the Head of Cards and E-Channels, where they established and developed new departments for cards, e-channels, and a call centre. Most recently, they served as the Vice President and Country Manager at Mastercard, overseeing operations in Jordan and the Levant region. Currently, Waleed is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Middle East Payment Services, where they are responsible for leading the company's strategic direction and operations.

Waleed Alnaser completed their education at multiple institutions. From 2001 to 2003, they attended The Arab Academy For Management, Banking And Financial Sciences, where they pursued a degree in Financial Management, earning honours. Prior to this, they studied at Latest Job Updates from 1993 to 1997, focusing on Accounting, and achieving a degree with a commendable rating of "Very Good".
