Caroline Black

Caroline Black possesses diverse experience within customer service and educational roles. Currently, Caroline serves as a Docent at Hay House Macon, guiding guests through the historical mansion and delivering informative talks. Additionally, as a Library Assistant at Middle Georgia Regional Library, responsibilities include assisting patrons with technology and managing book circulation using the PINES system. Caroline also has an extensive background at Kroger, where a seven-year tenure involved excelling in customer service and earning multiple awards. Academically, Caroline holds a Master's degree in Professional, Technical, Business, and Scientific Writing from Middle Georgia State University, alongside two Bachelor's degrees in Philosophy from Wesleyan College.
