Management and monitoring of all activities relating to the Wholesale loan servicing, such as new loan facilities contractual implementation, debt solution agreement preparation, covenants’ negotiation, payment plan monitoring, collateral monitoring and collateral related activities undertaking, the legalization documents’ review, etc. 
Coordinating the effective cooperation with the external 3rd parties (e.g. law firms, bailiffs, etc.), by supervising that the necessary information/ documents are timely provided and ensuring alignment and adherence to performance standards.
In charge of monitoring the debtor’s compliance with the agreed covenants, as well as the collateral’s status.
Preparation and negotiation with the debtor the business terms of the loan facility agreement and coordination its signing
