Aaron Halcomb

Aaron Halcomb has a comprehensive work experience spanning over three decades. Aaron began their career at UPS in 1989, starting as a part-time package handler and steadily progressing through various roles to become the Business Manager. Their responsibilities included overseeing operations, staffing, procurement, metric implementation, revenue protection, customer service, and labor negotiations. In 1999, Aaron joined Del Monte Fresh Produce N.A., Inc as the NE Region Transportation Manager, a role they held for ten years. Aaron then moved on to Hoekstra Transportation LLC, where they served as the Director of Operations from 2009 to 2013. Following that, they joined Student Transportation of America as the Midwest Region General Manager until 2016. Aaron then transitioned to Ozinga, where they held positions as an Operations Analyst, General Manager of Bulk Transport, and Vice President & General Manager of OML Bulk Cement Dist. Most recently, they have been working at Middle River Marine, holding roles as Vice President/GM Operations, Executive Vice President, and currently serving as President.
