Peter Kang is an experienced corporate counsel with nearly 20 years of international legal expertise in the energy, infrastructure, and clean technology sectors. Currently serving as Senior Counsel at Middle River Power, Peter leads legal strategies across various commercial transactions and regulatory frameworks. Previously, as Associate General Counsel at LanzaTech, Peter provided strategic legal counsel for global expansion and complex international agreements in sustainable energy. Peter also spent over a decade as Senior Counsel at Samsung Engineering, managing legal aspects of multi-billion-dollar projects across the Middle East, Asia, and North Africa. Peter holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law and is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Economics at Rutgers University-New Brunswick.
