Garrett Gilleland

Garrett Gilleland is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in development and capital markets. Currently serving as the Director of Development at Middle Street Partners, LLC since September 2022, Garrett has held various significant roles, including Managing Director of Capital Markets at JLL from July 2019 to September 2022, and Director at HFF from March 2017 to January 2021. Additional experience includes positions as Director at JLL, Associate at ARA, a Newmark Company, and roles at CBRE, Live Oak Gottesman, and HPI Real Estate Services & Investments as an intern. Garrett holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Texas at Austin, obtained in 2014.
