Malissa Mayfield

Malissa Mayfield has extensive experience in various roles within the field of human resources and administration. Currently serving as the Recruiting and Talent Development Coordinator at Middle Tennessee Electric Membership Corporation since July 2011, Malissa has also held positions as Training Coordinator and Information Systems Administrative Assistant within the same organization. Prior experience includes a role as Bookkeeper at Oakland Middle School from July 2010 to July 2011, and as an Underwriting Specialist at State Farm Insurance from 1991 to 1997. Malissa Mayfield earned a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Marketing from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) between 1986 and 1991.
