Patricia Bragg

Patricia Bragg is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in mobile device management and IT supervision. Currently serving as a Mobile Device Specialist at Middle Tennessee Electric since February 2023, Patricia previously worked for the Town of Smyrna from February 2008 to February 2023 as an IT Supervisor/System Administrator, where responsibilities included supervising an IT team, ensuring data security, and managing IT hardware and licenses. Prior experience includes working as an L2 Support Analyst/Trainer at Dell from October 1999 to October 2007, focusing on troubleshooting computer issues and providing training. Patricia completed education at Ascension Technical from 1987 to 1989.
