Shawn Futrell

Shawn Futrell has extensive experience in utility operations, currently serving as Systems Control Supervisor and AMI Administrator at Middle Tennessee Electric Membership Corporation since March 2011. Responsibilities include overseeing the daily operations and monitoring of AMI and MDMS applications, ensuring data accuracy for billing and services. Prior experience includes roles as AMI Operator, Systems Control Operator, and Meter Reader at Murfreesboro Water and Sewer Department from June 2007 to February 2011. Shawn Futrell holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Computer and Information Sciences from Middle Tennessee State University, earned from 2010 to 2015.
