Ali Edelstein

Ali Edelstein has extensive experience in human resources, talent management, and organizational development. Ali is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at Middleburg Communities, a position they have held since June 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Onelife Fitness as a Talent Management Leader from June 2022 to June 2023. From 2016 to 2022, Ali worked at Sunrise Senior Living, holding various senior-level positions such as Senior Director of Corporate HR, Senior Director of Organizational Development & Talent Strategy, and Senior Manager of Learning & Organizational Development. Before joining Sunrise Senior Living, they worked at the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission as a Senior Technical Advisor from October 2011 to June 2016. Ali also has experience in talent management and training roles at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Strayer University, Sunrise Senior Living, YellowBrix, and Investor Responsibility Research Center (IRRC).

Ali Edelstein obtained a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Colorado State University in 2010. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies at Radford University, however specific dates for this education are unavailable.
