Steve Farmartino has more than 9 years of work experience in the construction and development industry. Steve currently serves as the Vice President of Development at Middleburg Communities, where they are responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of single-family for rent and convention multifamily developments. Prior to their current role, they were a Development Manager at the same company.
Before joining Middleburg Communities, Steve worked at Bohler, where they held various roles including Assistant Project Manager, Project Engineer, Senior Design Engineer, and Design Engineer. In these roles, they gained experience in project management, engineering, and design.
Steve also has internship experience as a Summer Intern at Hourigan.
Steve Farmartino attended Cape Henry Collegiate School for their high school education. Steve then went on to Virginia Tech, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Civil Engineering from 2009 to 2014.
