Kurt Boyd

Kurt Boyd is an experienced professional in manufacturing and engineering, currently serving as the Director of Continuous Improvement at Middleby Marshall since April 2022, after previously holding the role of Manufacturing Operations Manager. Prior to this position, Kurt Boyd worked at Insulet Corporation from November 2015 to March 2022, where responsibilities included Manufacturing Engineering Manager and Senior Manufacturing Engineer within the Global Manufacturing Engineering team. Earlier experience includes roles as Senior Mechanical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Project Engineer, and Post Market Associate Engineer. Kurt Boyd began their career as an AV Systems Intern at Pro AV Systems, Inc. from June 2010 to August 2014. Kurt Boyd holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, earned between 2010 and 2015, and graduated from Westford Academy in 2010.
