Rajiv Agarwala

Rajiv Agarwala is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leading operations and driving revenue growth across various sectors. Currently serving as General Manager at The Middleby Corporation since March 2022, Rajiv previously held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Idea Boxx from December 2016 to February 2022, where significant achievements included guiding the company towards a projected $15 million annual revenue by 2024. Prior to these roles, Rajiv spent over 13 years at Xerox in multiple leadership positions, including Senior Vice President for Commercial Healthcare, where responsibilities included overseeing a strategic $400 million business, and earlier roles focused on transforming operations in Germany and the Netherlands. Rajiv began the career at GE Capital as Vice President, tasked with revitalizing the national collections process. Rajiv holds a Master of Science in Operations Management and Supervision from the University of Rochester - Simon Business School.
