Shelby Hundley

Shelby Hundley is the VP of Strategic Talent Management at MiddleGround Capital. Shelby has over 6 years of experience in Human Resources. Shelby started their career as an Education And Training Manager at The J.M. Smucker Company and then transitioned to Senior Human Resource Manager at GE Steam Power.

Shelby Hundley holds a Master of Science (M.S.) in Management with a concentration in Human Resources and Change Management from the University of Central Florida. Shelby also holds a Master of Science (MS) in Safety, Security & Emergency Management from Eastern Kentucky University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Public Relations from Eastern Kentucky University. Additionally, Shelby is certified by SHRM as a SHRM-CP (SHRM Certified Professional), by the Experts Coach Academy as a Career Coaching Certification, and by OSHA as an OSHA 10: General Industry Outreach Training Course. Shelby also has a FEMA Certificate of Achievement.
