Dr. Silvia Romero-Johnson

Assistant Superintendent For Teaching And Learning at Middleton-Cross Plains Area School District

Dr. Silvia Romero-Johnson currently serves as the Assistant Superintendent for Teaching and Learning at Middleton-Cross Plains Area School District since June 2022. Previously, Dr. Romero-Johnson held the position of Director of Bilingual Education and Instructional Equity at VASD and served as Assistant Superintendent for the Office of English Learners at Boston Public Schools from November 2020 to June 2021. Additionally, an extensive tenure at Madison Metropolitan School District included the role of Executive Director from 2001 until October 2020. Dr. Romero-Johnson's educational background encompasses a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Universidad Católica de Santiago del Estero, a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Cardinal Stritch University, and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Administration from Edgewood College.
