Simrnjit Seerha

Simrnjit Seerha has a diverse background in education, research, and community service. Currently serving as a Graduate Student at the California College of Ayurveda since June 2021, Simrnjit also holds positions as a Board Member for the MCPASD Education Foundation and as a School Board Member for the Middleton-Cross Plains Area School District since April 2021. Previous experience includes working as a Research Assistant at the Joint Learning Initiative on Faith & Local Communities and at American University on Tree Gas Emissions. Simrnjit's earlier roles include internships with the Sikh American Legal Defense and Education Fund, CAPAL, Let America Vote, and Representative Sondy Pope. Simrnjit earned a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science from American University, complemented by a study abroad program at Victoria University of Wellington and participation in a selective two-year program at American University.
