Chef De Partie at Middleton Lodge Estate

Michael Carter began their culinary career at Tomahawk Steakhouse as a Chef De Partie in August 2020, followed by roles at Rockliffe Hall Hotel, Golf & Spa Resort, where Michael advanced from Junior Sous Chef to Sous Chef. Michael then moved on to Crathorne Hall Hotel in May 2021, where Michael served as a Pastry Chef and later as a Senior Chef Partie. In April 2024, Michael joined Middleton Lodge Estate as a Chef De Partie. Michael attended Nunthorpe Secondary School from 2007 to 2012.
