Andy Dyer

Andy Dyer is the Chief Investment Officer at Middleton Meyers. Andy has over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry.

Prior to joining Middleton Meyers, Andy was the Director of Project Finance at Kettler Inc., responsible for securing financing for the company's real estate portfolio including multifamily, commercial, and land projects.

Before Kettler, Andy served as Vice President of Development for international hotel and mixed use developer Portman Holdings. In this role, they were responsible for new project feasibility and ongoing financial management of the company's real estate portfolio.

Andy has also held positions as Franchising Manager for AFC Enterprises, Inc. and Senior Internal Auditor for Days Inns. Andy has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Georgia.

Andy Dyer has a Master of Science in Real Estate from Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the same school.
